If you are anything like me, when you have seen the amount of money that&nbsp;the government is throwing into bailouts and recovery programs your first thought is &quot;what the heck....why stop at trillions....why not just zillions....have they completely lost their minds?&quot; But my next thought is, <strong><span style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"'>if they are giving it away anyway, how can I get some of it? </span></strong>This thought is really not as greedy and selfish as it&nbsp;sounds and is not&nbsp;that far-fetched either. </span></p> <p><span style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"'>The federal government and many state governments have hundreds of millions of dollars allocated to businesses that are hiring employees, training employees or are just located in certain areas. President Obama is even promising two and half million new jobs by 2011. How will this be done? In large part by these programs and the new ones that will certainly be added. Still think that these programs are going away due to lack of financing?
