 C Corporations with a September 30 year end are due December 15th
These returns can be extended for six months but you must pay any taxes due by the December 15th due date.

 

If you have an S Corporation or an LLC taxed as an S Corporation don’t miss this Wednesdays call. We will discuss what you need to include on your W-2 and what actions you must take before the end of the year. We will cover important subjects such as:
